Professional live recording and audio engineering can be provided by Le Fay Studios, located inside Apotheca next to the stage.

How to Reserve Apotheca in 3 Easy Steps

RESERVE your event your start time using the refundable $50 reservation deposit below.

REGISTER your event by completing the JotForm questionnaire and contract. This will help us provide the best possible service to you. The registration process will contain details and include pricing for various equipment rental fees and deposits.

Equipment Available: Sound System, Projector & Screen, Stage Lighting, tables.

PAYMENT - After deciding the full length of time required, and any equipment rentals or additional services desired, completed payment can be made using the "Event Reservation and Equipment Payments" below. Please wait until you receive confirmation after registration before making your final payment. Payment will finalize your registration. Events reserved within 2 weeks of any date will incur a $50 rush fee for staffing purposes.

Please select your preferred date and start time with this refundable $50 to reserve the space. Scroll up to see current calendar for available dates, 10 days lead time required for private events. 14 days for public events. Or rush fee of $50.

Local discounts & daytime hours discounts available.

Hourly rental is only $60

All Day Rental Large Party - $500

All Day Rental Small Party- $350

Includes some set up and closing down time.
