, located inside Apotheca next to the stage.

Step 1 - Check availability on our calendar.
Step 2 - Reserve your time by calling us at 928-832-2298. A $50 refundable security
deposit will be due at the time of your registration.
Step 3 - REGISTER YOUR EVENT by completing the JotForm questionnaire and contract. This will help us provide the best possible service to you. The registration form will contain details and include pricing for various equipment rental fees and deposits.
Equipment Available: Sound System, Projector & Screen, Stage Lighting, tables.
Step 4 - PAYMENT - After deciding the length of time needed, and any equipment
rentals or additional services desired, we will finalize your reservation over the phone
with final payment. Payment will complete your registration, due within 5 days of your
initial booking. Events reserved within 2 weeks of any date will incur a $50 rush fee for
staffing purposes.
Step 5 - Receive your refundable deposits after your event when the space & equipment are left within the agreed upon state and time as stated in the registration
form in Step 3.

Night hourly rental - $60
Daytime hours 11-6 during open days - $40
All Day Rental Large Party - $500
All Day Rental Small Party- $350
All rentals includes some set up and closing down time.
We will contact you within 3 business days of your reservation to answer any questions
and finalize your reservation. Registration is complete when full payment is received.
